That’s why we also offer a coaching and mentoring service to help you achieve your goals consistently and smoothly. It also means you’ll always have a contact on hand if there’s anything you’re unsure about.
The Coaching & Mentoring Process
Time Frame: 18 Months (6 months to implement consultancy gaps, 12 months to achieve planned results).
You’ll receive coaching on a day-to-day basis and face-to-face meetings once every four weeks, which means you’ll never have to go a long time without a second professional opinion to help you through any obstacles you might encounter. This also allows you to remain motivated toward goals and keep your business accountable – think of it as like having a personal trainer for your company.

The process starts with us gaining an insight into the dynamics of your workplace.
